OneDrive for Business is a cloud-based file and document storage that provides 1TB of storage for all faculty and staff. OneDrive will allow you to share your documents with any NUS faculty, staff, or student, and provides a host of online editing and collaboration tools for Microsoft Office documents.
OneDrive for Business can be used to back-up and synchronize files and folders on your laptop with your other mobile devices.

Yale-NUS IT provides shared file and document storage for departments and individuals through NAS.yale-nus.edu.sg. The NAS is secured, backed-up, encrypted (at rest and in transport), and complies with the NUS Data Management Policy. The NAS is only available within the NUS network or via VPN connection.
The NAS is suitable for storage for all classifications (including NUS Confidential/Sensitive) of data and is easily accessible on Windows and MacOS. Typically, departments and divisions use the NAS as the central storage of their files and document.

NUS IT has a number of options for the storage of Active Research Data, including workspace for computational clusters, iRODS, and Utility Storage Services. More information can be found here.
