Course Evaluations (Blue by eXplorance)

Starting from 31 October 2018, you will be asked to login to a new Course Evaluations system, Blue Course Evaluation (CE).


Demo Briefing Sessions for Faculty

ERT will arrange the briefing sessions on Weeks 11 & 12. For sessions on 7th and 9th Nov, lunch will be provided. Except for 2 Nov 2018, registration closes at 4PM – a day before the actual session. Please register for your attendance below, for logistical planning:

  1. Friday, 2 November 2018 @ Programme Room 1, 3pm to 3.30pm and 3pm to 4pm
  2. Wednesday, 7 November 2018 @ Programme Room 2, 12pm to 12.30pm and 12.30pm to 1pm
  3. Friday, 9 November 2018 @ Programme Room 2, 12pm to 12.30pm and 12.30pm to 1pm

Note: All sessions will be held at Programme Room 2 (East Core, above the Library).

If you are unable to attend the sessions or require any follow-up or additional assistance after attending the session, we have allocated 15 minutes consultation slots to address any question(s) that you may have. You may want to book the consultation with us through our calendar.

Note: Login requires a valid NUSNET ID credentials (e.g. nusstf\yncxxx). You will also be prompted to use the 2-Factor Authentication (“2FA”) during your login.

Upon logging in to the Blue Portal, you will be able to:

  • use Question Personalization (“QP”) to add your customized question(s) onto the existing set of standard course evaluation questions.
  • see your Dashboard, to monitor live response rates and download your reports.

Note: At this point in time, you will not be able to access your past course evaluations in Blue. To access past data, please login to Campus Labs (refer to the steps in this page below). Transferring the existing course evaluation data from Campus Labs onto Blue is already in the works and when ready, will be announced at a later date.




From AY2018/2019 Semester 1, all course evaluations will be facilitated through the new system “Blue”. Students could complete their course evalutation simply by accessing their ‘Course Evaluation’ link within your respective module(s) on Canvas. The whole set-up is automated.
(Login to Canvas > go to the respective module > click “Course Evaluation” on the navigation panel)

Course Evaluations (Campus Labs)

Campus Labs contains course evaluations conducted between AY2015/2016 Semester 2 to AY2017/2018 Semester 1. Using Campus Labs is primarily to access course evaluation archives of the mentioned period and will no longer be used for future course evaluation exercises. Transferring the existing course evaluations data from Campus Labs onto Blue is already in the works and when ready, will be announced at a later date.


Students no longer need to access Campus Labs to perform your course evaluations. Please refer to the segment at the top of this page to perform your course evaluations in Blue.

Report Administrators

If you are a designated Report Administrator, you will have exclusive access to the Campus Labs’ Report Administration panel.

First time users using the Administration panel, do refer to the following guide:


This Administration panel provide the required tools and access rights to perform the administration tasks that is not available in the “standard” Faculty portal in Campus Labs. If you need access to this panel, please inform so we could set up your account permissions accordingly.
