Kindly note the following before proceeding to log your suggestions on the Google document.
Please note that there are 3 sheets on the Google document for different types of feedback:
1. Policies and Procedures;
3. Other comments or suggestions.
The feedback collected will be regularly monitored by the Dean of Faculty’s Office, and forwarded to the relevant departments or committees. Progress will be noted on the ‘Remarks’ column. Entries that have been routed to relevant personnel will be locked and edits will be disabled.
Infrastructural incidents requiring immediate assistance and urgent reports should be sent directly to the Facilities team.
